On 19 October in Brzeg and on 27 October in Opole there will be meetings for companies interested in EU loans for business development. We have already launched PLN 78 million from PLN 336 million available for this purpose in our region.
EU money for loans and sureties come from the Regional Operational Program of the Opole Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020. Information meetings are organized by the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) in cooperation with the European Funds Information Points in the Opole Voivodeship. The meetings will take place:
- October 19 at 10:00 am at the Local European Funds Information Point in Brzeg, 23 Wyszyńskiego Street, conference room (adapted for the needs of people with physical disability). Applications for this meeting will be accepted until October 17, 2017. The application form you will find here:
- October 27 at 10:00 am in the Office of The Marshal Office of the Opole Voivodeship – Training and Conference Centre Ostrówek, 14 Piastowska Street, the White Eagle Hall (the room is adapted for the needs of people with physical disability). On September 25 in Opole, BGK signed a contract with the institutions that will do it. BGK received money for loans and sureties from Opole Voivodeship. These contracts concerned 78 out of PLN 336 million available for such support for companies. They will be distributed by: Fundacja Rozwoju Śląska (PLN 24 million), Fundacja Rozwoju Śląska and Centrum Rozwoju Biznesu Sp. z o.o. (PLN 22 million), ECDF S.A. together with MEGA SONIC S.A. (PLN 14 million), Towarzystwo Inwestycji Społeczno-Ekonomicznych S.A. (PLN 10 million) and Agencja Leasingu i Finansów S.A. (PLN 8 million).
Micro, small and medium-sized companies from the Opole region may apply for small loans (up to 150 thousand PLN, repayment in 5 years) and large loans (depending on the operator up to PLN 2 million, repayment up to 7 years). Entrepreneurs can spend money i.a. on: investments concerning implementation of the product innovation, process innovation, marketing and organizational innovation, investing in modern machines and equipment or production equipment, which will help introducing on the market new or improved products or services, and also on investments in business development.
The remaining money out of PLN 336 million will be launched by the end of this year and at the beginning of 2018. Companies from Opole Region will be able to use the money for example to introduce innovations, on investments supporting energy efficiency and the reduction of energy demand in multi-family residential buildings and also on investments in the use of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency by SMEs. The unemployed will be able to take loans in order to start a business.
During both meetings – 19 October in Brzeg and 27 October in Opole – there will be also an opportunity to learn more about organized and planned calls for applications for companies or support for training and business advisory services that Opolskie Centre for Economic Development will offer next year.
