Privacy Policy of the website “INVESTOR AND EXPORTER SERVICE CENTER”
1. DEFINITIONS
Administrator – the administrator of the website “INVESTOR AND EXPORTER SERVICE CENTER” (www.coi.opolskie.pl) is the INVESTOR AND EXPORTER SERVICE CENTER

User – an entity using the Website, telecommunications service or requesting the provision of such a service;
Website – an HTML document (a text file readable by a browser) made available on the Internet by a web server;
Website Operator – an entity that is not the Administrator and maintains the website on its servers; the operator of the website “INVESTOR AND EXPORTER SERVICE CENTER” is GIS Support Sp. z o.o., ul. Dobrzańskiego 3, 20-262 Lublin, NIP: 9462641761, REGON: 061483531, KRS: 0000440891;
Website – a group of interconnected websites operating in the domain www.coi.opolskie.pl in order to extend the functionality;
Terminal device – a telecommunications device intended to be connected directly or indirectly to network terminals;
Cookies – means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on the User’s end device through which the User uses the Website’s pages;
Data – all content and information provided by users in order to use the contact form or the Cooperation Platform, in particular: name, surname, e-mail address, photos, entries, comments.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION
The condition for using the Website is to read the content of these Regulations.
By using the Website, the User agrees to the content of these Regulations and the obligation to apply the rules set out therein. Users using the Collaboration Platform are required to familiarize persons for whom sub-accounts have been created with the provisions of the regulations.
The website obtains information about users and their behavior using the following methods:
through information entered voluntarily by Users in the forms available on the website pages;
through information entered voluntarily by Users, their employees and cooperating persons by creating an account or sub-account on the Cooperation Platform,
through Cookie files saved automatically in end-devices (so-called “cookies”).
3. INFORMATION IN THE FORMS
The Website collects Data provided voluntarily by the User in the contact form available on the Website.
The collected Data is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the form, it is used for communication between the User and the Administrator and for establishing civil law relations (e.g. rental contracts).
In addition to the data contained in the contact form, the Website may save information about the connection parameters, in particular the connection time and the User’s IP address.
The data contained in the form may constitute a set of potential customers, registered by the Website Operator in the Register of Personal Data Collections kept by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
The data contained in the forms may be transferred to entities that technically provide certain services, e.g. payment services or other entities with which the Website Operator or the Administrator cooperates.
4. COOPERATION PLATFORM
Using the Cooperation Platform, the Administrator provides Users with services consisting in intermediation in the sharing and obtaining of information regarding business activities, in particular in the special economic zone.
Only entrepreneurs operating in the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone may be the users of the services.
In order to use the Cooperation Platform, it is not necessary to conclude a separate agreement with the Administrator. The services are provided free of charge.
The User Account will contain the User’s name, seat, contact details, information on the amount and origin of the capital. The User’s Account will be available after logging in to the Cooperation Platform, located on the Website.
The use of the services provided is possible from the level of a sub-account, created by the User for his employees or cooperating persons and managed by him. Sub-accounts contain the following data: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, photo.
The User may place the data referred to in para. 5 only if it is permitted by law or has the consent of the person whose data is to be placed. In case of doubt, the Administrator may require the User to show the consent of the person whose data has been placed on the Website.
The Administrator is not responsible for the correctness of information obtained via the Website from other users. However, the administrator will make every effort to ensure that the information published by him is accurate and true.

The Collaboration Platform works on all currently used web browsers of leading manufacturers in the latest available version. In case of problems with logging in or the operation of the Cooperation Platform, the User should immediately notify the Administrator or the Operator.
By placing data on the Website, having the nature of a work within the meaning of the Act on copyright and related rights, the User grants the Administrator a non-exclusive license to use this data in the following fields of use: distribution via the Internet, multiplication, saving on any data carriers, recording in computer memory, changing and modifying.
5. INFORMATION ON COOKIES
The website uses cookies.
Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended for using the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.
The entity placing cookies on the Website User’s end device and accessing them is the Administrator (Administrator’s Cookies).
Cookies are used for the following purposes:
creating statistics that facilitate understanding of how Website Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
maintaining the User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website (the so-called “remember me” function);

Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). 6. SERVER LOGS.
Information about some of the behaviors of users are subject to logging in the server layer. These data are used only to administer the website and to ensure efficient operation of the hosting services provided.
The browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be saved:
time of arrival of the inquiry,
time of sending the answer,
name of the client’s station – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
information about errors that occurred during the implementation of the HTTP transaction,
URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the Website was accessed via a link,
information about the user’s browser,
Information about IP and MAC address.
The above data is not associated with specific people browsing the website.
7. SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISION
Data may be made available to external entities only within legally permitted limits. Data enabling the identification of a natural person may be made available only with the consent of that person.
The administrator may provide information collected by the Website to authorized public authorities, if the obligation to provide information results from applicable regulations.
The administrator may delete the sub-account or data of persons referred to in point 4 sec. 5, if it obtains reliable information that the data was placed without the consent of the person or in violation of the provisions.
The User using the Collaboration Platform may request the closure of his account. In this case, only the basic, publicly available registration data will be visible on the Cooperation Platform.
The Administrator will make all reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the User’s account and to properly secure the stored data.
The Administrator is not responsible for the content posted on the Website by Users.
Users and persons using the Website are obliged to use the Website and the Cooperation Platform in accordance with their intended purpose, not to post entries or information of an illegal nature, in particular those violating personal rights or the rights of other entities. Each person is fully responsible for the breach of applicable regulations and the resulting damage.
The Administrator has the right to remove Data that infringe the rights or rights of other entities, are obviously untrue, contain vulgar or offensive words or are otherwise illegal or contrary to the rules of social coexistence.
The Administrator is not responsible for the temporary inability to use the Website, in particular due to modernization works, network damage, etc.
