The Business Centre already in full swing

5 million PLN is the total cost of the Business Centre, which started its operation at Wroclawska Str. in Opole. The investor was the Foundation for the Development of Silesia and part of the budget came from EU funding.

The Business Centre in Opole was built in less than a year. The first firms interested in rental of offices moved in at the beginning of August and the official opening ceremony was held on September 21.

The investor is the Foundation for the Development of Silesia and the Local Initiative Support which in the creation of the Centre cooperated with the Chamber of Commerce Silesia.

Both institutions received EU funding from the tranches of the Regional Operational Programme. The building, which is located opposite the Karolinka shopping center, has three floors. Contractor was the company Adamietz headquartered in Strzelce Opolskie. The drive- way to the Business Center has been built on the commission of the city authorities. The Foundation for the Development of Silesia is dedicat- ed to providing concessional loans to businesses. For several years the institution has already granted over 3 thousand loans precisely tailored to the needs of the entrepreneurs and worth over 300 million PLN.
