The construction of the fourth CTP Park Opole facility has started. EUR 12 million was allocated for the expansion. The building under construction is to have an area of 20,000 m2. The facility is designed for storage, logistics and production. The construction of the new building is to be completed in 2021. The new hall is located in the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone, so investing companies may apply for an income tax exemption for a period of 15 years.
