How to prepare a good investment offer and serve the investor in such a way that he decides to build his plant in our commune or poviat? This among others employees of 38 local governments in Opole will learn (we have 71 communes and 11 starosties in the voivodeship) who will benefit from training and consultancy under the latest OCRG project. The project under which employees of Opole local governments – municipalities and poviats – will be able to benefit from training and consultancy regarding investor services is called: “Investor service standards in the Opole local government”. Its goal is to improve the quality of investor service in local governments. This project is similar to the one that was already implemented 10 years ago by the Marshal’s Office called: “A commune attractive for investors”. The program attracted a lot of interest and was one of the pioneers in the country.
The project will last until September 2021. During this time, the management of qualified local governments will be covered by a 6-day training program (four days of stationary training and a two-day study visit); and office staff – a 9-day training program (one-day or two-day training). Local governments participating in the project that will implement investor service standards in local government will receive certificates issued by the Opolskie Centre for Economy Development in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior and Administration.
