The main goal of the Business Mentoring Program organized by the Opolskie Centrum Rozwoju Gospodarki is the transfer of knowledge and experience of entrepreneurs from Opole, who have been successful, to small and medium-sized enterprises. 6 mentors and 11 mentees participated in the first edition of the project, in the second – 8 mentors and 9 mentees. Program participants do not bear any costs in it and mentors do not receive remuneration. As stated in the program regulations: “their only benefit is to establish a unique and inspiring relationship”. 13 people attended this year’s hearing. Those who appeared at the hearings emphasized that they were particularly interested in advices. This is knowledge that can not be obtained in textbooks.
