The Danish manufacturer of agricultural machinery took over Pichon Industries, which is in bankruptcy, including plants in France and Poland (Wołczyn). The acquired plants are to complement the offer of agricultural machinery (tankers, technological trailers, spreaders and other equipment). The existing Pichon products will be an offer for smaller farms. The acquisition will give Samson a chance for further development. Currently, production capacities at the company’s headquarters in Vilborg are running out. The management of the Samson Group associates high hopes with new plants in France and Poland. Therefore, we can count on further development of the plant in Wołczyn.
