Due to high demand, Regional Dairy Cooperative in Olesno has reconstructed the premises in the existing plant so as to separate the production of śmietankówka. The new line will be able to produce up to 3000 liters of beverage, or 6000 bottles a day. Currently, it is produced in three flavors (vanilla, coffee, cocoa).
The dairy in Olesno sells 30 tons of extra butter from Olesno and cottage cheese every month. It also processes 1.5 million liters of milk per month. Gradually, products from Olesno also enter foreign markets.
