Neapco won the football tournament for the companies.

Neapco Europe Team won the 4th Championships for the Marshal of the Opole Voivodeship Cup, held in Kluczbork. The presence of Cezary Kucharski, the manager of Robert Lewandowski, heated up the players to fight.
Kucharski was one of the experts who led course in Kluczbork for entrepreneurs and managers parallel to the tournament. Both events were organized by the Opolskie Center for Economy Development (OCRG), which is subordinate to self-government of Opole Region.
Cezary Kucharski’s speech was entitled “Me or we? An effective team in sports and business. ” Football champion and sports star manager tried to convince the participants that a compromise between “we”, i.e. team action, e.g. in the company, and “me”, makes it possible to realize their own ambitions. He said that in order to negotiate successfully you always have to have some thoughtful options. Cezary Kucharski added, that it is sometimes a good idea to wait a day or two and not make important decisions right away. A former red-and-white representative and the Polish Champion also found time to watch the matches, in which 20 football teams from all over the Opole region competed.
– Everyone today has a chance to be seen. Mr. Cezary not only was a great football player, he is now a great manager – joked during the opening of the tournament Marshal of the Opole Region, Andrzej Buła.
– It is nice to have a possibility to show your skills in front of somebody like that, it is an additional motivation. But the most important thing was to win in the colors of your team – said Mr. Wojciech, one of the players.
Among the competitors for the trophy of the Marshal of the Voivodeship were teams of companies such as Azoty ZAK SA, Marcegaglia, Neapco, Browar Namysłów, Multiserwis, Adamietz, IFA Rotorion, FM Logistic, PackProfil, ACO Engineering, Lesaffre, ZNDCE, Paul Schockemöhle, PZ Stelmach, Agro AS, Kronospan, OCRG and Kelvion. Of course, there were sharp clashes and fouls at the pitches, but fortunately without major injuries. However, the fight was fierce and therefore many meetings were settled in penalty kicks. The title was not defended by Chespa from Krapkowice. But once again, Narzędziownia Pszenica finished in second place. They have lost with Neapco in the final 0 : 2. Third place was taken by Lesaffre from Wołczyn and Paul Schockemoehle from Krapkowice was fourth.
– This tournament is organized mostly for fun. But it is also an opportunity to meet with business executives and talk about our day-to-day cooperation, said Andrzej Buła.

– This is one of the events that we organize in order to integrate the world of business from Opole Region in an interesting way. We are very pleased that the tournament has already entered the calendar of annual events and that companies are asking for it before we even send out invitations – said OCRG Director, Roland Wrzeciono.
Vice President and Managing Director of Adamietz, Szczepan Kusibab, assures that the organization of the tournament is a good idea to continue. – Certainly, it is an event that serves maintaining the relations and it raises a lot of sports emotions, especially in those who compete on the field. Our team just after this year’s tournament announced the fight for medals next year – says Szczepan Kusibab.
– What connects sport and business? We train to be successful. And that is also very important in business – said coach Maciej Sasin, another speaker at the course accompanying the tournament. – We need to train the employee quickly, so that he could be efficient.
Mr. Sasin also argued that the key to the success of the company is the involvement of all employees, but – as he claimed – only 30 percent of people are engaged in the work. Mostly devoted to the business are their owners. – CEOs come to work first and they are the last ones who leave the office, especially at the beginning – he said.
He also stressed that changing jobs is one of the most stressful events in a person’s life. – Companies should make sure it is as mild as possible for a new employee – he explained.
