The company’s authorities purchased two parcels of 6 hectares in the Katowice Special Economic Zone in Gogolin at Fabryczna and Kamienna Streets. The Deputy Mayor Krzysztof Długosz and the Head of the Department of Economic Development and Promotion Arnold Joszko were invaluable in winning the investor for Gogolin. For several months of the negotiation process Mayor Wojtała was also supported by the President and employees of the Gliwice Subzone of the Katowice Special Economic Zone and the employees of the Investor and Exporter Assistance Centre, operating within the framework of the Opolskie Centre for Economy Development.
Several thousand square meters of production halls will be located on the plot and a few hundred people will be employed. Company also plans to launch research and development department.
