APP International is a manufacturer of specialist roller shutters, covers and small elements for motorhomes, which has decided to rent nearly 1,700 sq m. warehouse space from a private company. The new investment is located in the hall in Strzelce Opolskie.
The tenant was represented in the negotiations by AXI IMMO. Renting new space by the plant operating in Kędzierzyn-Koźle is caused by the increased number of orders.
