Henniges Automotive Polska plans to reinvest in Prudnik. Initial outlays are estimated at around EUR 8 million. Thanks to the expansion of the production area through the reconstruction of the old halls of the Frotex plant, employment is to increase by 300 people. Production at this facility is scheduled to start in September. The Henniges company transfers part of its production from the Czech Republic to Poland, to Prudnik.
The main products will include gaskets and vibration damping components for the automotive industry. The first stage of the investment dates back to 2016. Ultimately, the plant is to employ 550 people there.
