DL Invest Group from Katowice bought a 3-hectare plot in the Kluczbork subzone of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone. The company will build a distribution warehouse in Kluczbork with a total area of 5,500 square meters, of which 800 square meters will be occupied by offices and the rest by warehouse space. According to the plans presented, the warehouse should be launched in March 2022, and the target number of jobs is 60-70 people.
The only tenant of the warehouses will be InPost, the owner of the popular parcel lockers.
