Panattoni Europe, the leader of the industrial space market in Europe, is building Panattoni Park Opole. The complex with a planned area of nearly 48,600 sq m will be built within the city of Opole and will be dedicated to many tenants. The end of construction is planned for the turn of 2019 and 2020.
The complex is located at Partyzancka Street, about 15 km from the A4 motorway connecting Western and Eastern Europe, in the immediate vicinity of the ring road and in the border with the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone. In addition, the location of the investment allows convenient transport connections with three international airports, and also provides excellent access to public transport – e.g. bus stops are located right next to the park. Under the new Act on Special Economic Zones, companies interested in taking advantage of tax exemptions may apply for income tax exemption under the Wałbrzych SEZ.
