On September 14, 2019, a workshop was held: “What motivates and stimulates us (employees) to act in everyday work?”
In the meantime, the VI football tournament for companies from Opolskie Region took place for the Cup of the Marshal of the Opolskie Voivodeship.
The workshops were led by Agnieszka Białkowska and Aneta Rakowicz from the Korn Ferry company. Opole Business Centre Club was the event’s partner. During the workshops, in addition to discussing the motivating factors in contemporary organizations, each participant had the opportunity to perform an individual motivation test and receive an individual development report on its basis.
After the workshop meeting, the semi-finals and the final of the Tournament were held, and then the organizer invited all participants to a football grill feast.
