Foosung Poland (a company with Korean capital) will invest in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. Initial expenditures are estimated at PLN 368 million, and employment is estimated at around 80 people. The plant, which will be built in Kędzierzyńsko-Kozielski Industrial Park, will use advanced technology for the production of compounds for the production of batteries for the purposes of electro mobility. On March 25, 2019, the company received the decision of the Katowice Special Economic Zone regarding investment support.
