Construction of the production facilities of the Zotefoams factory in Skarbimierz (near Brzeg) was completed. The company is a pioneer in the world production of cellular materials and plastic foams with headquarters in London. The investment decision was made in 2018. Many institutions were involved in the investor service process, including Colliers, PM Group, WSSE Invest Park and the Opolskie Centre for Economy Development – Investor and Exporter Assistance Centre.
Design Studio SPART, Commrcecon and Mirbud were responsible for the construction of the facility. Installation of production machines has now begun. The start of production is planned for 2020. The plant will produce about 50,000 m3 of foam annually.
