On June 15, the new production hall of Narzędziownia Pszenica in Strojec near Praszka was officially opened. The new facility is over 2100 m2 and is twice as large as our existing plant. The founder of the company, Bogdan Pszenica (1957-2017), who unfortunately died suddenly last year, started the idea of creating a new facility. The investment was completed by his wife Ewa and son together with his wife: Mateusz and Paula Pszenica. The plant will produce even 50-ton aluminum casting molds. The recipient of molds from the company in Strojec is i.a. Toyota.
The new facility is not only production, but also a research project. The aim of the research project is to develop innovative pressure molds using the Jet-cooling system and spot cooling of molds. The research project will absorb 13.5 million zlotys, of which almost 5 million zlotys will come from the EU subsidy. Expansion of the plant means new jobs. Employment in the near future can be increased to 130 employees. The company can be a perfect example for other entities in the field of training their own staff based on their own infrastructure.
