-In  Wroclaw we realize both product and geographical development strategy of Adamietz – says Szczepan Kusibab, managing director of the company.

– At the moment we are involved into two large projects. Both are associated with the aviation industry, but this is happening by chance – he confessed.

The first venture  concerns the airport, which is a company belonging to the city of Wroclaw and the Polish Airports. This is the project of reconstruction of the old terminal, that once served as departure area and now it will be adapted for the purposes of technical maintenance.

The second undertaking  is related to the construction of a production hall for UTC Aerospace Systems – a large American corporation manufacturing various systems for the aerospace industry, for many top-class customers, including Lockheed Martin and Boeing.

The company has adopted an interesting development strategy in Poland by taking  over the former factories  associated with the aviation industry scattered in different parts of Poland.  In Wroclaw it was the WSK Hydral facility but  they also have factories in Kalisz, Mielec and Rzeszów at the disposal.

– This production hall in particular will be built from scratch but the whole area is of clear industrial profile for many years already. We talk about the typical undertaking of industrial construction which is already hugely advanced – admits  Stephen Kusibab.

On September 17 there was laid foundation stone of the facility that will be erected on Bierutowska Str. in Wroclaw. The whole project should be completed by May-June 2016 and  the contract is worth approx. 20 million PLN.
