{"id":2343,"date":"2019-04-16T11:32:37","date_gmt":"2019-04-16T09:32:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coi.opolskie.pl\/?p=2343\/"},"modified":"2019-04-16T11:32:37","modified_gmt":"2019-04-16T09:32:37","slug":"business-mentoring","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coi.opolskie.pl\/en\/2019\/04\/16\/business-mentoring\/","title":{"rendered":"BUSINESS MENTORING"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>The third edition of the Opole Business Mentoring Program<\/em><\/strong> is launched.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ten well-known CEOs and company directors will share their knowledge and experience with young entrepreneurs<\/strong>. The role of mentors was taken by the directors, presidents and founders of the companies, and Agata Duliniec, the president of the board of the GNIOTPOL Trailers, joined the project for the first time; Kornelia Tomala, board member and export director of Multiserwis and Katarzyna Rudzi\u0144ska, director of personnel at Zak\u0142ady Produkcyjne NUTRICIA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mentors&#8217; mentees, or mentees, can be persons who have the status of a young entrepreneur managing a micro, small or medium-sized company registered in the Opolskie Voivodeship, operating on the market for no longer than 5 years.<\/strong><br \/>\nAs part of the program, there will be a minimum of five mentee meetings with mentee, training and integration workshops for young entrepreneurs led by experts, legal advice, networking, meetings to exchange experiences of the beneficiaries of the project and consultative meetings for mentors.<\/p>\n<p><u>The initiator of the Business Mentoring Program of the Opolskie Voivodeship is Lo\u017ca Opolska BCC, and it is supported by the Opole Chamber of Commerce (Opolska Izba Gospodacza), the Chamber of Commerce of &#8220;Silesia&#8221; (Izba Gospodarcza \u201c\u015al\u0105sk\u201d) and the Chamber of Crafts in Opole (Izba Rzemie\u015blnicza w Opolu). <\/u>\u00a0The Opolskie Centre for Economy Development (Opolskie Centrum Rozwoju Gospodarki) coordinates the project and provides organizational support.<\/p>\n<p>Attached, \u00a0we send a full dossier of mentors offering their time and experience to beginning entrepreneurs together with the Program regulations and the application form.
